| The premiere of the restored award winning film Way Out West, was screened in London at the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Square on Thursday 3rd September. Hosted by the comedian Frank Skinner and attended by celebrities and Laurel and Hardy fans including several representatives of the Sons of the Desert appreciation society, the evening was a great success and achieved both TV and press coverage. | ||||

EMPIRE - Magazine October '98 News of the premiere made both BBC evening and breakfast news and Satellite TV. The success of the premiere is a testament to the continued popularity of this well loved duo. Laurel and Hardy will now be shown in cinemas across the UK.
